Roehl Transport is currently hiring flatbed drivers for positions in our Flatbed National Fleet.

These openings are for experienced flatbed drivers. You need to have a Class A Commercial Driver’s License and a minimum of 60,000 OTR flatbed miles to be considered.

If you qualify, you may be eligible for Roehl's sign-on bonus ($1,500 for experienced flatbed drivers).

Driver compensation is based on a combination of mileage pay, tarp pay, stop pay, quarterly safety and performance bonuses, and annual mileage bonuses. Roehl offers two pay plan options.

Roehl calculates mileage pay using Practical Miles instead of the old, standard HHG miles therefore paying you for more of the miles you actually drive. Roehl’s PMP (Practical Mileage Pay) can add thousands to your annual income without driving more.

Job Requirements

• Per Department of Transportation regulations you must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Commercial Driver’s License Class A.
• Fewer than 3 citations in the last 3 years.
• No DUI or any other alcohol/controlled substance related offenses in the last 5 years (in any vehicle); no more than 1/lifetime.
• All traffic violations within the last 24 months will be reviewed.
• Roehl will review criminal background and subject to any limitation imposed by federal or state law disqualify applicants with job-related criminal backgrounds.
• Pass an on-site pre-work screening evaluation of essential job functions.
• Possess a valid passport, passport card or FAST (Free And Secure Trade) Card.
